Order and payment
I accept payment by most credit or debit cards for customers with UK billing/shipping addresses. Payment can be taken at the shopping cart of our website using sage secure payment processing or Paypal. I am unable to accept payment by cash or cheques. My company is not yet VAT registered, all prices displayed therefore exclude VAT.
Where do you deliver to?
We post to the UK and Europe at present. Postage on orders of £25 and above is free! Postage on orders up to £25 is £1.
Anywhere else in Europe is £3.95 (this includes postage & packaging).
How long does delivery take?
Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payment by Royal Mail, second class. If you need something urgently please contact me for speedier delivery options. In the event of your parcel not being delivered please contact me via email: email@example.com
Do you include an invoice in the package?
No we do not include a paper copy of your invoice to reduce our paper usage. If you require an invoice please request this via email --firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return my Products?
Any faulty products can be replaced or fully refunded. Products can be returned within 28 days of receipt for a refund, providing they are unused. Proof of purchase will be required. Return postage costs will be borne by the customer. Contact me at email@example.com to arrange any returns.
Where are you based?
I am based in Aberlady, East Lothian, Scotland, just outside Edinburgh.
Do you have a shop we can visit?
I do stock several of my products in and around Edinburgh but at present I will mostly be selling via online sales.
Are you a registered company?
Yes, I am registered as a Sole Trader.
